    Medical Accession Services, U.S. Military Entrance Processing Command (USMEPCOM). This is a performance-based requirement and a follow-on effort to W81K0419D0001. This requirement provides medical accession services consisting of fee basis providers (FBP) and prescreen support providers. There are 146 full-time equivalents (FTEs) consisting of 140 FBPs, and 6 pre-screeners. The FBPs and pre-screeners are physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants. The FBP and prescreen support provider services consist of reviewing military service applicant medical histories, performing medical evaluations, and conducting reviews of medical test results and documents, with an end goal of the Government determining whether an applicant for military service meets the medical standards established by Congress and the Military Services at one of the USMEPCOM geographically dispersed facilities. The FBPs do not have the authority to make any assessments of the medical evaluations.
