This is a presolicitation notice for an upcoming opportunity with the Social Security Administration. BPA awardees, or their key personnel, will be required to pass a security background check before beginning performance under the BPA. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov at the time a quotation is submitted. This acquisition is for commercial services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and conducted using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 621111, Offices of Physicians (except Mental Health Specialists). The solicitation will be issued on or about May 1, 2024 in electronic format only and will be available for download on SAM.gov (https://sam.gov/content/opportunities) and on FedConnect (https://www.fedconnect.net) websites. No phone calls are permitted in response to this notice, and no phone, email, or fax request for a copy of the solicitation will be accepted.
