    A2. N/A, no hearing tests are being conducted. Any mention of audiometry in the PWS should be disregarded.

    Q3. The PWS states both that "physical examinations will be performed by a Physician" and that the contractor will provide "Board Certified Occupational Health Physician(s) / Physician’s Assistant." Please clarify if a Physician is required for all examinations or if a Physician Assistant is acceptable.

    A3. The Government will accept a PA, or a nurse practitioner.

    Requirement supports the Florida Army National Guard (FLARNG) for Occupational Medical Surveillance Examination Program in accordance with the Occupation Safety and Health Association (OSHA) and other regulations. There are 3 locations that require this service. The estimated number of personnel to be examined is 30-60. The Government has the right to increase and/or decrease the number of employees/military personnel and the locations for service. The hours of operation will be based on the shops in that area, being tested due to time zone and traffic issues.

    The Contractor will provide Board Certified Occupational Health Physician(s) / Physician’s Assistant, supervision, all labor, tools, materials, equipment, to include HIPPA and privacy statements and incidentals required to conduct the Medical Surveillance Examination / Occupational Health Services for the FLARNG. The contractor must be capable of conducting the Technician Occupational Medical Surveillance Examinations using mobile medical units (vans, trailers etc.)
