Requirement The contractor shall provide highly specialized medical/scientific photography services in support of NIH research and clinical operations. Services include photography of patient conditions, surgical specimens, and scientific documentation using specialized techniques and equipment. Period of Performance Base Year: April 1, 2026 March 31, 2027 Option Year 1: April 1, 2027 March 31, 2028 Option Year 2: April 1, 2028 March 31, 2029 Option Year 3: April 1, 2029 March 31, 2030 Justification Deep Ocean Films is the only vendor capable due to specialized expertise in medical/scientific photography and familiarity with NIH clinical workflows.
