    Description

    THIS SOLICITATION IS HEREBY AMENDED AND THE DUE DATE IS EXTENDED TO 30 JULY 2025. PLEASE SEE THE SF30 AND ATTACHMENTS FOR DETAILS.

    1. This is a non-personal services contract to provide medical simulation training support services to Department of Defense (DOD) medical forces through Army Reserve Medical Command (AR-MEDCOM) tasked to the Medical Readiness Training Command (MRTC). The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers (CSP) performing the services herein. Such CSPs shall be accountable solely to the contractor, who in turn is responsible to the Government.
    2. The contractor shall provide MRTC, and the training audience, access to a multidisciplinary medical simulation center to conduct medical simulation exercises. The contractor shall ensure the simulation center is large enough to accommodate approximately 60-75 Government personnel in addition to the contractor’s support staffing, i.e. CSPs. The contractor shall ensure the simulation center has an auditorium/conference room, a minimum of four medical simulation suites, with audio-visual recording capability, and a minimum of nine (9) additional rooms for the training audience and staging area, for a total of 15 rooms. The simulation center will be used by the Government to replicate treatment areas within an HC/FH such as an emergency room (ER), intensive care unit (ICU), and operating room (OR). The nine (9) additional rooms, for a total of 14 rooms, will be used for the simulated ancillary services such as radiology, laboratory/blood bank, pharmacy, and Nursing Services; a computer room for Medical Communications for Combat Casualty Care or approved USG system of record; and a Tactical Operations Center (TOC) for the command staff.
