This is a Two-Step Open BAA issued under the provisions of FAR 6.102(d)(2), which provides for the competitive selection of research proposals. The following information is relative to Step-One, submission of white papers. MDA will contact those offerors whose white papers are selected to proceed to Step-Two, submission of a formal proposal, subject to availability of funds. Formal proposals are not being accepted at this time. DO NOT submit a formal proposal until requested by the DoD Office of Small Business Programs MPP intermediary, Move America, Inc.
