The objective is to identify solutions that can be demonstrated with a prototype within 18 months, and which can deliver the operational data products as defined in the attached AOI. Vendors interested in submitting a response to this AOI must submit their solution brief via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation module link provided in this posting.
