GYM Memberships

The United States Embassy in Mexico City requires a vendor that can Provide GYM memberships, for its personnel stationed in Mexico City. These memberships will support physical fitness and wellness initiatives, which are essential to maintaining operational readiness and overall well-being. A total of 15 - 31 memberships are required.

All responsible sources may submit a proposal as long as it complies with the RFQ requirements. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price Purchase Order.

All contractors are to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database prior to submitting a quotation pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7 (https://www.sam.gov). The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at: https://sam.gov/content/entity-landing  

Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission shall deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsive to the solicitation requirements and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, you are encouraged to complete the registration process and have an active account in sam.gov prior to proposal submission.
