MILITARY FUNERAL HONORS SURVIVOR OUTREACH SUPPORT SERVICES EXTENSION

Firm Fixed Price Task Order Modification W15QKN-19-D-0055 W15QKN-20-F-0601 P00021 for Military Funeral Honors and Survivor Outreach Support Services in support of the Army National Guard was awarded on 15 December 2025 as an undefinitized contract action IAW FAR 16.603-2(a), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 216.603-2, DFARS 217.74, and DFARS Procedures, Guidance and Information 217.74 in the not to exceed amount of $8,096,498.34. Subject modification will provide for a 3 month extension of services while the competitive follow on TO award protest ruling is decided through the GAO.  The Government and contractor mutually agreed upon the NTE amount and the definitization schedule for this TO modification prior to award. A redacted exception to fair opportunity justification has been posted to SAM IAW FAR 16.505(d)(1)(3).
