MILITARY SKILLS ENHANCEMENT (MSE) & TROOP SCHOOL INSTRUCTION

This is a non-personal services requirement for the provision of Military Skills Enhancement (MSE) and Troop School Instruction at Fort Hood, Texas. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, instructional services, training materials, and necessary supplies to support the IIIAC G3 Training Division.

Services shall include the delivery of classroom instruction and related academic support to Soldiers, Department of the Army (DA) Civilians, and authorized contractor personnel, ensuring compliance with training standards that are critical to the readiness and operational effectiveness of the installation in support of IIIAC units. The Contractor will be responsible for executing all instruction as defined in the Performance Work Statement, in support of mission-essential training objectives. The two-year ordering period IDIQ will provide IIIAC with stability of classes and manpower until a new contract can be put into place through competition.
