Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction with a size standard of $45,000,000.Type of Set-Aside: This acquisition is being offered as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside procurement under NAICS code identified above. Construction Magnitude: The estimated magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00.Anticipated Solicitation Release Date: The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation on or about 30 July 2026. Actual dates and times will be identified in the solicitation. Additional details can be found in the solicitation when it is posted. Project Location: The work is located at the J. Strom Thurmond Dam and Lake area in South Carolina and Georgia.Project Description: The purpose of this project is to repair damaged roadways, parking lots, and pavement markings within the J. Strom Thurmond Dam and Lake Area. This project consists of the repair of pavement surfacing by milling and overlaying asphalt at eight locations. The project includes approximately 17 miles of roadway and approximately 70 parking lots of varying sizes for a total of 250,000 sq yds of mill and overlay work. The project consists of a base and two option CLINS. The base includes Modoc Campground, Parksville Day Use area, Petersburg Campground, Below Dam, Georgia and Winfield Campground. Option 1 is the Project Management Office/JST Visitor?s Center and Ridge Road Campground.
