MINDGYM SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL

The 316th Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland intends to award a simplified acquisition on a sole source basis to Lumena Inc. in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Only.one.responsible.source.
The Government has an existing MindGym hardware solution that requires continued support of the proprietary Mind Gym software to continue to function, remain up-to-date, and support. Lumena, a woman-owned small business (WOSB), is the only source capable of providing this proprietary software. No other vendors or contract vehicles offer or are authorized to distribute this product. The requirement is commercial in nature, and no changes to the government's technical documentation are needed prior to solicitation. No competitive opportunities apply due to the lack of alternative sources. The period of performance requested is 17 February 2026 (Tuesday).
A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 541511 with a size standard of $34M. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The government will not be responsible for any costs incurred in preparation of any capabilities statements or documents prepared for this notice.
Parties interested in this announcement shall provide detailed information of their capabilities and certifications to clearly meet the requirements stated above. Responses will be via email, to include the company's name, point of contact, address, phone number, UEI number, business size, and CAGE code.
