As part of its market research and planning, the U.S. Coast Guard, Operational Logistics Command (LOGCOM) Contracting and Procurement is issuing this Sources Sought to determine if there exists an adequate number of qualified interested contractors who can provide facilities alteration, repair, maintenance, and minor construction of infrastructure, facilities, and interior/exterior utility systems. The contractor will be required to furnish all requirements including but not limited to materials, labor, plans, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, management, quality assurance, and technical support in accordance with the basic contemplated contract specifications and task order requirements. The Government may use the responses to this Sources Sought for information and planning purposes. No Request for Proposal (RFP) exists; therefore, do not request a copy of an RFP.
The type of contract contemplated (for market research and planning purposes) is a firm-fixed price multiple award task order contract (MATOC) Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ). Anticipated task orders will be Firm-Fixed Price with magnitude of $2,000 - $350,000.

The Government requests that interested parties respond to this notice in writing including details of your company’s ability to deliver facilities alteration, repair, maintenance, and minor construction of infrastructure, facilities, and interior/exterior utility systems. Additionally, provide the following information:
All information received in response to this Sources Sought marked "Proprietary" will be protected and handled accordingly. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. The Government reserves the right to ask follow-up clarifying questions to individual companies based on proprietary information submitted without posting those questions.
Responses to the Sources Sought will not be returned. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this Sources Sought. LOGCOM will not pay for information received in response to this Sources Sought.
Do not submit pricing information in response to this Sources Sought.
Responses to this Sources Sought should not exceed 5 pages in length.
