    1. Extend the Due date from 01 April 2026 to Wed, 08 April 2026. (This change comes at the request of interest vendors to provide more time after returning answers to questions.)
    2. Clarify wording on solicitation submission in 52.212-1 for pricing submission.
    3. Provide updated attachments.

    The purpose of this amendment is to:

    1.  Provide updated PWS.
    2.  PWS updated to reflect: - Clarified work hours for SSM, CST and CAGs - Deliverable/requirement for mission essential work
    3.  Add mission essential provision and clause.
    4.  All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in effect.

    These changes comes as a result of a request from the customer to ensure Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 compliance.

    This is an official solicitation, FA520526R0004, for Information Monitoring and Protection Services (IMPS) at Misawa Air Base. See attachments for additional information.

    "The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment and its maintenance, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items to perform construction security surveillance services to support secure construction projects IAW ICS 705 and DoD policies. Information Monitoring and Protection Services (IMPS) will be used for the successful design, build and accreditation of SCIFs. Certain personnel are required to have secret or top secret clearances, depending on the role specified in the attached PWS."

    Interested vendors are required to possess a TS Facility Clearance. the proposed pricing shall be fully burdened. 

    This is will be a firm-fixed-price IDIQ, base plus 4 option year contract.
