MISCELLANEOUS SERVICES – HEADQUARTERS

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) intends to award a sole source purchase order to LCPC Lafayette Property LLC for miscellaneous building services (e.g., key duplication, lock installation, carpet repairs, overtime HVAC, etc.) for the leased office space that the agency occupies at 1155 21st Street, NW; Washington, DC 20581. LCPC Lafayette Property LLC is the landlord of the building at the aforementioned address. CFTC leases the office space directly from LCPC Lafayette Property LLC. LCPC Lafayette Property LLC contracts directly with a contractor(s) to provide the miscellaneous building services and bills the costs for the services directly to the tenants of the office space. LCPC Lafayette Property LLC does not allow other contractors into their building space to perform these services. The purchase order will be for a period of performance of one (1) year, October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026, plus one (1) option year, October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027. The Government intends to procure this requirement under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and 41 U.S.C 3304(a)(1) – “the property or services needed by the executive agency are available from only one responsible source and no other type of property or services will satisfy the needs of the executive agency.” THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS nor a solicitation of offers. However, the Government will consider written responses from all responsible sources received by 3:00pm ET, August 26, 2025. Written responses must include sufficient information to establish capability to fulfill the requirement. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of market research for future requirements. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government anticipates award on or about October 1, 2025. The Government will not be responsible for any costs of preparation in response to this announcement.
