MK 41 VLS ELECTRONIC DESIGN AGENT AND DEPOT OPERATIONS

The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue a sole source contract action to Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (LM-RMS) to provide Electronic Design Agent and Depot Operations requirements in support of the MK 41 Vertical Launching System. This contract action will add an additional two years of requirements (Calendar Year 2026 – FY 2027). The basis for this sole source procurement is FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii) – Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
