AMENDMENT 0002:

Effective the date of this notice, this solicitation is cancelled. No awards will be made for the design and development of transportable and mobile microreactor systems under this solicitation.

Offerors are reminded of this solicitation's closing date of 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on Friday, January 9, 2026.

BASE NOTICE:

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number 70RSAT26R00000003 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) for mobile and transportable microreactor system development, testing, and deployment.

This acquisition is a full and open competition. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

A Federal Priorities and Allocations System (FPAS) assigned rating may be included at a future date.

Questions related to this solicitation must be received by the Government by or before 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on Tuesday, December 30, 2025.
