    Description

    Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Amman, Jordan will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. This solicitation contains a C-SCRM Go/No-Go Evaluation Factor involving the C-SCRM Software Producer Attestation Form(s) which must be uploaded withing 14 days of contract award.

    The Embassy of the United States of America in Amman, Jordan has a requirement for qualified mobile and wireless data providers for the provision of Cellular voice/data services (CVS) and Cellular/Mobile Plans (CMP) to provide mobile telephone services for Embassy's staff and agencies.

    The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered.

    The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.

    The Government is planning a pre-proposal conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.

    Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at

    https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102.

    Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission shall deem the offeror’s proposal to be

    considered non-responsive to the solicitation requirements no further consideration will be

    given. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in

    submitting a response to this requirement.

    This opportunity is subject to 52.229-12 - Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements (FEB 2021)
