Selective demolition of partitions to accommodate new partition layout. Remove existing flooring and replace with new in half the building where renovations are taking place. New mechanical and electrical to replace existing systems. ITEM 2 ROOF REPLACEMENT on existing 4850 SF MAINTENANCE BLDG including new soffits, gutters, and siding trim. ITEM 3 ABATEMENT SUITE: excluded by Owner (NOT PART OF THIS CONTRACT)
