This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the Format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-03 dated January 17, 2025. This requirement is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set Aside using FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The NAICS Code is 332312 – Fabricated Structural Metal Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 500 Employees. The solicitation number is 6923G525Q0544. **NOTE: Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and have an active registration at the time of this solicitation closing. SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES: See Attachment B –Pricing Sheet. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Contractor shall provide modular floating dock system and accessories. All in exact accordance with this solicitation and attached Statement of Work (Attachment A). CONTRACT TYPE: This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) that will result in the award of a firm fixed price contract under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, subject to the availability of funds. CONTRACT PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The awarded vendor shall deliver materials to GLS no later than 60 days after award. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: The awarded vendor shall deliver all materials to GLS Receiving Warehouse located at 251 Fregoe Road, Massena, NY 13662. QUESTIONS DUE DATE: Questions must be sent via e-mail to chora.snyder@dot.gov arriving no later than May 05, 2025, 2:00 PM EST.
