FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY The U.S. Forest Service, Monongahela National Forest, has a requirement to complete a Fuel Storage Project at the White Sulphur Springs Ranger Station. This requirement is being solicited under Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, in conjunction with FAR Part 36, with the intent to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. One (1) award will be made in accordance with the acquisition procedures established in FAR 13. Notice to Potential Offerors: NOTE 1: All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam.gov prior to the award of the contract. Failure to register in the SAM database may render your firm ineligible for the award and removed from consideration. The project includes: Mobilization Traffic control Installation of a compacted gravel pad Procurement and placement of a prefabricated fuel storage building Hookup of electrical service to the building All operations will take place at the White Sulphur Springs Ranger Station.
