    Monaco Enterprises, Inc. is the Original Equipment Manufacturer and the sole owner of the proprietary technical data, software rights, and diagnostic protocols required to perform this training. 

    4. Statutory Authority
    This purchase will be made under the authority of RFO 12.102(a) "Restricting competition"

    Notice of Intent to Industry 📢

    This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any firm that believes it can meet these requirements may give written notice to the Contracting Officer. 

    Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement and prove authorization to utilize proprietary Monaco software/data for training purposes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
