Quotes due no later than: Friday, August 7, 2026 (8/7/2026) by 5PM CST

Provide quotes to: Cayla Jolly at TNM_Finance@fd.org

The Middle District of Tennessee Federal Public Defender’s Office (TNM FPDO) is requesting quotes for the items described below.

    • Forty-Five (45) parking spaces with parking access at a minimum for weekdays from 8am – 6pm
      • Preference for those who can provide 24/7 weekday & weekend access due to some office staff working late hours and weekends
    • Parking must be within a 10-minute walk (preferably 5 minutes) as calculated by standard mapping software (e.g. Google Maps, Apple Maps, Mapquest, etc.) from that lot’s address to the address stated below:
      • 164 Rosa L Parks Blvd., Nashville, TN 37203
    • The parking spaces must be:
      • On a paved open lot OR in a parking garage (i.e. no gravel lots),
      • Well-maintained with no major infrastructure issues (e.g. no large potholes, garage infrastructure issues, etc.), and
      • Safe for staff to traverse (i.e. reduced tripping hazards, removal of unsafe persons from facility, etc.)
        • Please note this is a good faith effort for safety of our employees. Our office understands that these lots are in a metropolitan area and may experience a variety of patrons and level of cleanliness, and we ask that those hazards and housekeeping items are addressed as soon as possible by the facility.
        • Preference is given to those who provide additional safety measures (e.g. brightly lit parking lot, patrols, cameras, etc.)

Using the quote sheet provided herein, email your quote no later than the date and time specified above.  Late quotes will not be considered unless the judiciary determines, at its own discretion, that the late quote is in the judiciary’s best interest and will not unduly delay the procurement.

The Office of the Federal Public Defender of the Middle District of Tennessee intends to make an award based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable quote.  All items should be quoted as a fixed price.  Payment terms will be considered Net 30 unless more favorable terms are offered.

The period of performance (PoP) will begin on the 1st of the month after receipt of order (ARO). For example, if the decision is made on 8/7/2026 to proceed with an offer, the PoP would be 9/1/2026 – 8/31/2027.

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

    Sincerely,

    Cayla Jolly
