MOODY AFB CONCRETE CHIP COATING

This notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), or Invitation for Bid (IFB) and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue an order or otherwise pay for the information solicited, nor is it a guarantee of a forthcoming solicitation or contract. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement.

This is a Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) procurement and is not subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). However, in accordance with Department of the Air Force Manual (DAFMAN) 64-119, the Contracting Officer may use FAR guidance at their discretion.

Moody AFB is seeking for capable vendors for a small construction project.

The original concrete coating on a building breezeway has been ground off and removed.

This requirement would consist of concrete surface preparation, including mechanical grinding and repair of cracks and spalls, followed by the application of a commercial-grade chip coating system.

The estimated square footage is 550 sq ft, including one stairwell and 7 additional entry steps. This work is inside a breezeway on the first and second floor of the building. See pictures attached for reference.

Responses shall include company name, address, DUNS number, CAGE code, point of contact with email address and telephone number, and indicate business size using NAICS 238390, size standard $19,000,000.00.
