This project consists of all plant, labor and material to restore and stabilize streambank along Center Bend Road, Morgan County, Ohio. Rock riprap and Grouted Rock Riprap will be installed to stabilize and protect the streambank(s). All disturbed areas will be graded to provide positive drainage and seeded and mulched to provide permanent vegetative cover. If necessary, blockages will be removed to restore channel capacity (see Attachment A & B Specifications/Drawings for details). ***Per Clause 52.228-13 Alternative payment Protections, the contractor shall submit a form of payment protection after award*** The solicitation is set aside for Total Small Business. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of the project is between $100,000 through $250,000. A firm fixed price construction contract is anticipated. A site visit will be on Wednesday, September 4, 2025, at 10:30 am EST.
