The intent of this form is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses interested and capable of performing the proposed contract work. 

Requirement:
The proposed contract action is for a firm-fixed-priced construction contract. The primary objectives of the proposed project are roadway reconditioning, aggregate surfacing, aggregate stabilization, subexcavation, and drainage on 9 segments of roads totaling up to 52.12 miles.

The project is located in Judith Basin County, Montana, 50 miles SE of Great Falls.

The project is anticipated to go on advertisement in Spring 2026 with material development in Summer/Fall 2026 and construction in 2027.

NAICS Code 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction apply to this procurement with a size standard of $45
million.

Estimated Price Range: Between $5 million and $10million.
