MULCHING GREY TOWERS HISTORICAL SITE

Amendment 0001:

This amendment is to incorporate questions received and their answers. 

Mulching services as defined in the Performance Work Statement at the frequenceis and standards identified in the PWS. The contractor shall perform in accordance with the standards defined in this contract. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, labor, supervision, transportation, supplies, and material (including safety), and all other incidentals necessary to provide ground maintenance services as described herein.

A Formal Site Visit will be held on August 19, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The site visit will be held at Grey Towers Historical Site, 151 Grey Towers Drive, Milford, PA 18337. See attached solicitation for additional information. 

System updates may lag policy updates. The System for Award Management (SAM) may continue to require entities to complete representations based on provisions that are not included in agency solicitations. Examples include 52.222-25, Affirmative Action Compliance, and paragraph (d) of 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications—Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Contracting officers will not consider these representations when making award decisions or enforce requirements. Entities are not required to, nor are they able to, update their entity registration to remove these representations in SAM.
