    Description

    Project Title: FY25 MACC Incirlik AB Project Location: Incirlik AB, Turkiye. This requirement is for the Incirlik AB Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), and it will be used to satisfy a diverse group of construction and design-build projects. This solicitation may result in the award of up to eight (8) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) construction contracts and placement of up to four (4) Offerors in the On-Ramp Pool. DECA Statement: Due to an established economic agreement between the United States Government and the Government of Turkiye, the U.S. Air Force intends to award this solicitation to a business concern within the country of Turkiye; as required by the Defense and Economic Cooperation Agreement, Supplementary Agreement 3, Article VI For the purposes of this Agreement, material, equipment, provisions, supplies, services, and civilian labor required by the Government of the United States shall be procured in Turkiye to the extent feasible. This IDIQ will have a five (5) year Base Ordering Period + two (2) option periods, two (2) years each. The guaranteed minimum amount over the life of this contract $750.00. The total aggregate maximum amount expendable under the entire MACC lifecycle SHALL NOT EXCEED $150,000,000.00. Type of Contract: Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity with issuance of Firm-Fixed Price Task Orders. Notice to Proceed information will apply to individual task orders with the period of performance to be determined.
