Description: The Department of the Army, Regional Contracting Office Bavaria is issuing this pre-solicitation notice to identify potential sources for a future Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Design-Build and general construction services in Bavaria, Germany. The Government is seeking to prepare qualified and experienced construction firms for a broad range of construction projects for proposal submission.
The future solicitation and any resulting contract will be subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). The following clauses are anticipated to be included, among others:
