MULTIPLE BPA FOR DENTAL/MEDICAL INSTRUMENTS, EQUIPMENT, AND SUPPLIES

In accordance with FAR 13.303-2(c)(1), the Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit in Shiprock, New Mexico, intends to place multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with Hu-Friedy, Patterson Dental, Dentsply Sirona, A-dec, and Henry Schein for miscellaneous Dental/Medical instruments, equipment, and supplies on an as-needed basis.

The anticipated period of performance is a base period of one year from the date of award with four (4) option periods. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 339114 – Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 750 employees.

No further awards will be made unless the need for Shiprock Service Unit changes. The prospective, multiple-award BPAs as identified in this notice are sufficient at this time.  In accordance with FAR 13.303-2(c)(1), establishment of multiple BPAs constitute maximum practicable competition.

Any other sources that believe they are capable of fulfilling the government requirements as described are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs to the Point of Contact listed below via email only and no later than Friday, August 15, 2025 at 1PM MDT.  In the event additional BPAs are deemed to be in the best interest of the government, capable vendors may be contacted.  

This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent.
