MULTIPLE DELIVERIES CONCRETE, LAVA BEDS NATL MONUM

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05 (effective 08/07/2025). It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. Clauses and provisions can be found at https://www.acquisition.gov/browse/index/far. This solicitation is a Request for Quotations, numbered 140P8325Q0101. The NAICS code is 327320, Ready-Mix Concrete Manufacturing, with an associated small business size standard of 500 employees. This solicitation is for a service, is a 100% total small business set-aside, and will result in a firm fixed price contract to a single contractor determined to be responsive and responsible. The Government will consider past performance in determining responsibility.

DESCRIPTION: National Park Service, Lava Beds National Monument (LABE) has a requirement multiple deliveries of 80 cubic yards of ready mix/transmit mixed concrete, including delivery area of Tule Lake National Monument as part of LABE. Deliveries to occur between end of Sept/early Oct 2025 through December 2025. NOTE: This description is only a brief summary.
