Individual Proposal Requirements: A sepa?rate and complete proposal package must be submitted for each specific project. Independent Evaluation: Each proposal will be evaluated independently. Contractors are eligible to be awarded multiple projects. Initial Proposals: The Government anticipates making awards based on initial proposals without conducting exchanges.
