MX AGE WASH RACK INSTALLATION

This notice is being completed to meet the requirement for Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101(a)(1). This is not a solicitation. The 47th Contracting Squadron at Laughlin Air Force Base (AFB) located in Del Rio TX, will be issuing a Task Order after funds become available.

The task order will consist of new construction work required to install an ESI ANJAN 3050-2-0 vehicle wash rack recycling system next to building 206 on Laughlin Air Force Base. If this requirement gets funded, the government is intending for this installation to take place in FY2025.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238910 with a small business size standard of $19M.

In accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(C), the new construction work is a logical follow-on to an original Federal Supply Schedule order placed in accordance with the applicable Federal Supply Schedule ordering procedures. A wash rack system from small business Enviremedial Services Inc., model ESI ANJAN3050-2-0, was purchased from the Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) market via award number FA309924FG037. Award number FA309924FG037 was not issued under sole-source or limited-sources procedures. Enviremedial Services, Inc. (ESI) will not certify the wash rack system warranty if they do not perform the installation of the physical utility hookups to the wash rack container. Therefore, the government will move forward awarding a firm-fixed-price task order to ESI (Cage Code 1E1Q9). ESI is an Original Equipment Manufacturer of wash rack recycling systems specializing in use for military and industrial applications whose capabilities include in-house design, engineering, manufacturing, and construction of civil infrastructure for the systems and installation.

This is the only notice that will be posted through the Government Point of Entry, SAM.gov. No solicitation will be posted on SAM.gov. Purchase will be made using FAR Part 8 (Required Sources of Supplies and Services), ordering procedures for Federal Supply Schedules and FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures), soliciting from a single source. Inquiries can be sent via email to both POCs listed in the contact information section of this notice within 15 days. 

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this notice or solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this notice or solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
