DRAFT STATEMENT OF WORK EXCERPT: DRAFT STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) 2. Contract Title. Medical Window Boxes 3. Background. QTY 2EA, Two bulletproof medical window boxes in the building 81 pharmacy are crack and/or delaminating. Need replacement. 4. Scope. Provide equipment and supplies needed for maintenance and replacement of QTY2EA bulletproof medical window boxes. Remove and dispose of existing medical window boxes. Furnish and install new window boxes. 5. Specific Tasks. install two (2) 16" x 16" package receivers with level 3 ballistic rating. Both to be hinged on the left side. Task 1 Co-ordinate with pharmacy for the least amount of patient impact Task 2 Remove and dispose of two damaged window boxes Task 3 Install replacement window boxes, one at dispensing window and on in the back cage Task 4 Perform function tests on replacement window boxes 11.
