This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06. This procurement is being conducted as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside, the associated NAICS code is 561621 and small business size 25 million. DESCRIPTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 7 is seeking a qualified and authorized Avigilon Value Added Reseller (VAR) to provide, install, and integrate a new Avigilon Server Upgrade at the Tuscaloosa VA Medical Center. All hardware shall be new, OEM Avigilon equipment; no refurbished or gray-market items will be accepted. The contractor shall configure, test, and integrate the sever with the existing VA Avigilon system and provide documentation and end-user training. TERMS: This requirement incorporates one or more clauses/provisions by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text.
