A maximum of 4,020 controllers is set as the purchasing ceiling. This is not a request for quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, based on responses to this notice, is within discretion. The applicable NAICS Code is 561499 and the business size standard is $21.5 million. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, no responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a quote for consideration by the Government.
