THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. This announcement closes at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, 30 May 2025. The Government is seeking industry input from only small businesses. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 812199, All Other Personal Services, corresponding size standard of $9M. Interested parties must be registered under NAICS 812199 in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. The Government plans to consider all information submitted in response to this Sources Sought Notice. The 633d Contracting Squadron, Langley AFB VA, is in the process of determining the acquisition strategy to obtain non-personal services for the Langley Sports and Fitness Center Massage Therapy Non-Appropriated Funds (NAF) contract. For this requirement, the contractor’s tasks for the Langley Massage Therapist shall include, but are not limited to, the following: management, transportation, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary. The contractor shall provide table and chair massages, relevant forms, linen, printer, and cleaning supplies to patron of Joint Base Langley-Eustis.
