NAVAL HISTORY AND HERITAGE COMMAND ARCHIVES PROCESSING PROJECT

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation number N0018925Q0383 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025-02 (effective 03 January 2025) and DFARS Publication Notice 20250117 (effective 17 January 2025). It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses:

The proposed contract action is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed-Price Purchase Order for archival processing services in support of the Naval History and Heritage Command. The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing required services.
