Naval Supply Systems Command Headquarters (NAVSUP HQ) requires a reliable emergency backup generator to ensure continuous operation of critical infrastructure at Naval Ammunitions Logistic Center (NALC) during power outages. This generator will provide power to essential systems and personnel performing critical ordnance logistics functions including inventory management, transportation/distribution management, operational/contingency planning, and ordnance safety management critical to operational readiness of Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard and SOCOM warfighter units using the Ordnance Information System – Wholesale (OIS-W) on the Secure Internet Protocol Routing (SIPR) Network.
The Contractor shall deliver and commission a fully operational emergency backup mobile generator system, including all necessary equipment, materials, labor, and services, as specified in this Statement of Work. The Contractor shall also provide training to designated Government personnel on the operation and maintenance of the generator system. Upon delivery and prior to acceptance, the Contractor shall conduct a load bank test to verify the generator’s performance. The Contractor shall provide the load bank testing results to the designated Government personnel.
