NDSTC CRAFT OPERATIONS

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE for Market Research purposes ONLY. This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. Responses in any form are not offers and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement. No funds are available to pay for preparation of responses to this announcement. Any information submitted in response to this notice is strictly voluntary. This information will be used to determine the availability of contractors capable of meeting the Government’s minimum requirements. Telephone calls will not be accepted. Any questions regarding this notice shall be submitted in writing.

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Jacksonville, FL is issuing this Sources Sought Notice to determine the availability of vendors capable of performing service craft operations and maintenance support at Naval Diving and Salvage Training Center (NDSTC), Naval Support Activity (NSA) Panama City, FL as described in the DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWs) provided as an attachment.  

A firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract is anticipated with a one (1) year base period, four (4) one year option periods and an optional 6-month extension in accordance with FAR 52.217-8.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

Interested sources are invited to respond to this sources sought announcement by submitting the following:

1. Contractor Information:

• Company name
• Company address
• POC name, phone number, email
• CAGE code and Unique Entity ID (UEI)

2. NAICS Codes and Size of Business: Large Business or Small Business. If small, please provide the socioeconomic status (WOSB, SDVOSB, HUBZone, etc.)

3. If the services can be solicited from a General Services Administration (GSA) schedule contract vehicle, other vehicle or Open Market.

4. A brief description of the capability, resources, technical competencies and organizational experience relative to the key task areas. Standard brochures and/or paraphrasing of the Draft PWS will not be considered sufficient to demonstrate the capabilities of an interested party.

• Describe your technical competencies to perform this requirement.
• Describe any relevant or recent experiences in relation to this requirement performed as the prime vendor and provide the contract number.
