NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Jacksonville, FL is issuing this Sources Sought Notice to determine the availability of vendors capable of performing service craft operations and maintenance support at Naval Diving and Salvage Training Center (NDSTC), Naval Support Activity (NSA) Panama City, FL as described in the DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWs) provided as an attachment.
A firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract is anticipated with a one (1) year base period, four (4) one year option periods and an optional 6-month extension in accordance with FAR 52.217-8.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
Interested sources are invited to respond to this sources sought announcement by submitting the following:
1. Contractor Information:
2. NAICS Codes and Size of Business: Large Business or Small Business. If small, please provide the socioeconomic status (WOSB, SDVOSB, HUBZone, etc.)
3. If the services can be solicited from a General Services Administration (GSA) schedule contract vehicle, other vehicle or Open Market.
4. A brief description of the capability, resources, technical competencies and organizational experience relative to the key task areas. Standard brochures and/or paraphrasing of the Draft PWS will not be considered sufficient to demonstrate the capabilities of an interested party.
