Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to 1: Add Supply Chain Visibility Reporting; and 2. Correct the percentages in Attachment O - Milestone Payment Schedule. This amendment supersedes all affected areas in the RFP and previous amendments (if any). All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment 2: The purpose of this amendment is to implement updates associated with Request for Proposal (RFP) Questions and Answers 1–9. Additionally, the Government has included RFP Questions and Answers 1–9.
