This amendment supersedes all affected areas in the RFP and previous amendments (if any). All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment 2: The purpose of this amendment is to implement updates associated with Request for Proposal (RFP) Questions and Answers 1–9. Additionally, the Government has included RFP Questions and Answers 1–9. Post: Post Question and Answer 10. Post: Post Question and Answer 11. Amendment 3: The purpose of this amendment is to 1. Add clause 52.222-90 ADDRESSING DEI DISCRIMINATION BY FEDERAL CONTRACTORS; and 2. Update clauses to align with the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul and other corrections. Additionally, the Government has included RFP Question and Answer 12.
