NEBRASKA AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE SIGN REPLACEMENT

The Nebraska Air National Guard is seeking potential sources to determine if small businesses can satisfy this requirement. We are also requesting input from industry about our product descriptions below.

Requirement: Please see attached photos of existing sign and below for requirements description.

Item 0001: Double-sided digital message board

Description: Replace broken and obsolete digital sign board with new full LED two sided screen. Height min.: 4' Height max.: 5' Length min.: 12' Length max.: 14' Other size requirements: needs to mount on existing pedestal/mount, replace existing name cabinet with full LED screens. Electrical requirements: Existing 120V (4, #8 wires)/ability for remote programming. Other salient physical, functional, and performance characteristics: Replace existing cabinet and LED Sign (x2) one on each side on existing pedestal (pedestal remains). 10mm LED or better high resolution pixels, in a double sided configuration to display text, graphics, images, and video clips. Dimming adjustments for nighttime viewing automatically or by schedule. A minimum of 600k hours of use. Must be clear and readable from all angles. Display graphics, text, and smooth full-motion video with a video frame rate of 60 FPS. Character Size -must be of a size to be visible from the road. Brightness - must be visible in full sunlight and also at night. Auto-dimming capability during hours of darkness. To include message scheduling and programming/graphics software display communications/programming - wireless and also capable of hardwire, at-sign programming. Included display programming/graphics software. Included perpetual web based software training for Programming/Graphics Software. Temperature sensor w/100-step photocell. Backed by comprehensive tech support. Built to withstand harsh weather conditions, providing consistent performance. Fully sealed & waterproof aluminum LED panels. Media player on a cloud based software. Industrial waterproof controller. Lifetime In-house Tech Support. Remote calibration for LED panel brightness. 100% solid-state system with zero moving parts. Item 0002: Laptop computer to program sign

Description: Salient, physical, functional, and performance characteristics: i7 processor or greater chipset with graphics acceleration, hardware and inputs required to connect to and program sign. NOTE: please indicate if a standalone computer has to be provided/purchased with the signs. Please provide minimum computer requirements required to program sign if computer doesn't have to be included with the signs.

Item 0003:Install Associated Infrastructure

Description: Remove existing LED screens, remove existing 155 ARW name sign, add necessary infrastructure and electrical connections. Other salient physical, functional, and performance characteristics: Mount on existing pedestal with new cabinet and LED screens (2x) on each side on top. Existing digital sign to be disposed of.
