Only one marine turtle permit is issued per beach to manage impacts on turtle habitats. This approach ensures responsible management of marine turtle populations in Florida. Coastal Conservation Group LLC is the only Marine Turtle Permit Holder for the Saint John’s County locations listed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Therefore, this requirement will be solicited using other than full and open competition in accordance with the procedures of FAR 13.106-l(b)(l).
