This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements. However, all expression of interest received within fifteen (15) days after the date of publication of this synopsis, will be considered by the Government. Any submission will not be reimbursed by the Government and the entire cost of any submission will be at the sole expense of the source submitting the information. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract, upon receipt of responses, is the sole discretion of the Government.
