NO OTHER TRANSMISSION METHODS (FACSIMILE, REGULAR MAIL, HAND CARRIED, ETC.) WILL BE ACCEPTED. Quote submissions shall be uploaded to the PIEE Solicitation Module website AND/OR e-mailed to the Contract Specialist by the identified date and time. Amendment 0001 is to extend the solicitation period to Friday, 3 April 2026.
