The US Forest Service has a need for a new land lease in the Cottage Grove area to support the resoration efforts of the Whitebark Pine, which has recently been listed under the Endagered Species Act. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is not required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
