The contractor shall provide all management, labor, material, equipment, (unless furnished by the Government), transportation, supervision and minor designs to accomplish simultaneous projects for a broad range of maintenance, repair and minor construction work on real property at Joint Base Charleston (JB CHS) and its outlying properties, which includes Joint Base Charleston - Air Base (JB CHS - AB) located in North Charleston, SC, Joint Base Charleston - Naval Weapons Station (JB CHS - NWS) located in Goose Creek, SC, Joint Base Recreational Area - Short Stay (JB CHS - SS) located in Moncks Corner, SC, North Auxiliary Airfield (JB CHS - NAAF) located in North, SC, Shaw Air Force Base located in Sumter, SC, Defense Fuel Supply Point (DFSP) located in North Charleston, SC, Navy Consolidated Brig located in Hanahan, SC, and Nuclear Power Training Unit (NPTU) located in Goose Creek, SC. Facilities include, but are not limited to, airfield support, research and development, waterfront, medical, academic, secure areas, infrastructure, administrative, institutional, pavements, industrial, etc. The Government will issue Task Orders (TO) for projects valued between $2K - $2M.
