The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) intends to issue a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 1.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. THIS RFQ IS SUBJECT TO AGENCY DETERMINATION TO FUND THIS REQUIREMENT. ALL QUOTES MUST BE VALIDE THROUGH FEBRUARY 28, 2025. The required service are described in the attached Statement of Works (SOW), Instruction to Offerors, and the Terms and Conditions. Services shall be provided on a Firm-Fixed basis. CPSC requires news distribution services, online news and social media monitoring; and social media management services for CPSC's recall announcements, safety campaigns, and news coverage; and to provide access to an online searchable media and influencers database. Deliver and acceptance shall be to the CPSC point of contact included in the SOW and in accordance with Local Clause 1A for the delivery of any items to CPSC.
