NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia intends to
solicit on a sole source basis with
Bell Boeing Joint Project Office (3B1R2) for the repair of supply.
Repair of the items on the Attachment A.
The Government intends to solicit and ne-gotiate with Only One
Responsible Sourceand No Other Supplies or
Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.Source Authority: 10 U.S.C.
2304(c)(1), assupplemented by FAR
6.302-1.
Source Approval Statement applies to this NSN. The approved sources for
this mate-rial are listed above and it is
expected that award will be made to thisfirm. Any firm which is not already
ap-proved to manufacture this
material must submit a Source ApprovalRequest, SAR. This procurement
will not bedelayed to wait for a SAR
approval.

This notice of intent is not a request forcompetitive proposals. However, all
pro-posals received within 15 days
after date of publication of this sourcessought notice will be considered by

re-sponses to this notice is solely
within the discretion of the Government.Source Approval is required. WSS
will notdelay award while Source
Approval is pending.

award can-not be delayed pending
