NINJA MAINTENANCE

The 45th Contracting Squadron, Patrick Space Force Base (PSFB), intends to award a sole source contract to Black River Systems Company, Inc. for the NINJA Counter Small Unmanned Aerial System Support, Maintenance, and Extended Warranty. This action is being pursued in accordance with RFO 13.101‑1(b), which permits soliciting from a single source when the contracting officer determines that only one source is reasonably available. As required by RFO 5.101(c)(vii), market research confirms that Black River Systems Company, Inc is the only source capable of providing the labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary for the NINJA Counter Small Unmanned Aerial System Support, Maintenance, and Extended Warranty.
